This is a fully automated appoach to the phylogeny of Archaea and Bacteria by using SSU-rDNA (16S). You only need to write the query in the form.
Expert phylogeny
As an expert you will write the query in the form and then choose every available parameter. There are plenty of possibilities (although limited) and extended power. But you are also free to use the default choice.
