RT tagged sequences
The sequence is found in RefSeq and is from "Type Material"
T tagged sequences
The sequence is that of a Type Stain following LPSN (DSMZ) datbase
The "prototypes" P and p (and q)
for each species, a limited set of sequences is selected on the basis of their representativity of a given population. Prototype sequences are tagged P/p/q, representativity of the sequence decreases from P (good representativity) to q (questionable).
